Hello friends. Y'all have to help me stay on task. Recommendations to help me get up from my desk during the day, and not stay immersed in work. I started off well with a 2000k walk in the am Monday, followed up by a stationary bike ride in the evening while I watch my shows. But Tuesday and Wednesday were so crazy busy I kept working through my breaks. Advice appreciated.
